Daknong People’s Committee has just issued Decision 03/2007/QĐ-UBND (file)on authorized and decentralized administration towards building investment project management which belongs to competence of Provincial People’s Committee to District, Town People’s Committee, Directors of Departments.

According to this Decision, Daknong Department of Planning and Investment will give the directions for investors contents of project registration (scale, capacity, building place, plan of clearing the ground, general estimate of investment,etc ) with the view to being full of necessary information to implement investment work.

First quarter of every year, People’s Committee of Districts, Towns will register and send to Provincial People’s Committee lists of projects group B,C (total estimate of investment from 0.5 billion VND and more) and investment lists for next years (except projects of irrigational investment from source of capital of Government Bond, projects of small irrigation serving remote regions).

Department of Construction will help Provincial People’s Committee to make an united management on quality of building projects on a provincial scale. Departments that manage specalistic building projects closely coordinate with Department of Construction to manage the quality of specalistic building projects.

The Decision clearly pointed out that Director of Department of Planning and Investment will approve tender documents, results after choosing investors for projects will be authorized to approve for division of economic - technical report.

23 May, 2008, Daknong People’s Committee continued to issue Decision No. 13/2008/QĐ-UBND (file) on corrections of point b, items 2, items 3, term 1, Decision No. 03/2007/QĐ-UBND dated 16 January, 2007 (file) on authorized and decentralized administration towards building investment project management.
